Troveze ("we", "us", "our") operates troveze.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect. When you visit or buy from Troveze, we may collect your name, email, shipping and billing address, and payment information (processed securely by our payment provider, we do not store full card numbers), order history, and basic device and usage data such as IP address and pages viewed via cookies and analytics.
How we use it. To process and ship your orders, send order updates, respond to support requests, improve the store, prevent fraud, and, if you opt in, send marketing emails you can unsubscribe from anytime.
Sharing. We share information only with the partners needed to run the store: our ecommerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, shipping partners, and email and analytics providers. We do not sell your personal information.
