Shipping
We want your order to arrive quickly and clearly, with no surprises.
Processing time. Orders are processed within [1 to 2] business days. You will get a confirmation email, and a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time. Standard delivery takes about [7 to 14] business days after processing, depending on your location.
Shipping cost. Free shipping on every order, no minimum required. Shipping is built into our prices, not added at checkout.
Where we ship. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and Europe. If your country is not listed at checkout, we do not ship there yet.
Tracking. Every order includes tracking. If your tracking has not updated after [3 to 5] days, reach out and we will check on it.
Returns & Refunds
If something is not right, we will make it right.
30-day returns. You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as they are unused and in original packaging.
How to start a return. Email Cravory@outlook.com with your order number and what is wrong, and we will send return instructions.
Refunds. Once your return is received and checked, we will process your refund to the original payment method within [5 to 7] business days.
Damaged or wrong item. That is on us. Send a photo to Cravory@outlook.com within [confirm window] of delivery and we will replace it or refund you, no return needed.
Exceptions. For hygiene reasons, [confirm categories] cannot be returned once opened. Final-sale items are non-returnable.
